I started WW last Wednesday and I gotta say,I feel better already! My jeans
are much easier to button and looser! I haven't been on the scale but I know
I've lost this week. I'm allowed 26points,but haven't used that yet. I usually eat about 19-23 points. I also started walking last Wednesday,3 miles a day.
I'm feelin' good!!!!
The first 25 lbs aren't that hard for me. Its the 2nd 25 I don't seem to get rid of. I'm hoping this website and all you guys are gonna get me thru it!

I tottally know what you mean about feeling good only after a week or so. It's so refreshing to have more energy and things like fast food don't seem that appealing anymore.
Becareful about not eating all your points, i mean if you arnt hungry dont force yourself but the specific number is there for a reason. I was told you should really eat all your alloted points for the day, because if you don't eat enough for your weight your body can go into starvation mode and that slows down your metabolism and your weight loss.
