weigh in week 4
 

woo hoo i'm so excited i lost 4lbs this week. last week was time of the month think that may be why i had the 1.4lb loss and the bigger loss this week. i love weight watchers. i bought a size 16 jean to celebrate and some makeup and hair dye :) :D

So awesome Huntersmommy! I actually look forward to your weigh in's with you...I get so excited when others are doing well also! So happy for you on the size 16 jeans...I look forward to those days when a 16 fits comfortably. WEIGH TO GO !!!

ladies thanks so much for the support. its because of all you wonderful ladies that i stay strong and keep pushing forward to get to that goal weight. we are all going to be the women we want to be. we are strong we are beautiful women and we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. we are worth it!!!!!

wow what an inspiration ! i started last week, my first weigh-in is this thursday, its so nice to see people that have been on the plan for a while still going strong ! i so don't want to give up again.

no dont give up you can do this. thanks for the way to go. this group of ladies is wonderful on here for all the support you need. weight watchers is such a wonderful lifestyle change :) let us know how your first weigh in goes.

oh i will, i'm actually excited to go, how weird is that ? maybe i finally turned a corner and this is the right diet for me. fingers crossed !
