ladies thanks so much for the support. its because of all you wonderful ladies that i stay strong and keep pushing forward to get to that goal weight. we are all going to be the women we want to be. we are strong we are beautiful women and we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. we are worth it!!!!!

wow what an inspiration ! i started last week, my first weigh-in is this thursday, its so nice to see people that have been on the plan for a while still going strong ! i so don't want to give up again.
