Morning! Couldn't sleep - been up since about 430am - guess I should get a paper route & put this wakeful time to good use. :lol:
B: Coffee (0/0) Oatmeal (2/2) Baker's breakfast cookie (4/6) L: Leftover chicken veggie stir fry (5/11) D: 1 cup skim milk (2/13) Huge helping of steamed veggie (0/13) Red potatoes (3/16) Small amount of pork ribs (4/20) Snack: Sherbet (4/24) Water: 64 oz so far Exercise: 3 mile walk outside Point Range: 18-25 Katie |
