Hello All, I'm a newbie to the site, but have been on program for 2 previous times and currently lost 30 pounds since 12/2005. It is coming off slow and I want to step it up. I am not doing any exercise and need to incorporate that into my life as well as good eating habits. Have some medical conditions which are encouraging me to try for yet again a 3rd time. I intend not to quit on me. I'm glad I found this site.

welcome to the group. :0 ) you can do it. we are all here for ya for any support you need. your health is very impt. I love walking that is my big excercise for me for now until i get into better shape.
