coffee with half and half (decaf) 1 rice crackers 2 baba ganoush 2/5 lunch: stuffed peppers with chorizo, couscous 3/8 peach 1./9 snack: more rice crackers 2/11 dinner: turkey gloy with chiles, salsa, cheese, corn 4/15 ww pasta 3/18 cheese 2/20 two pieces of bacon 3/23 snack: iced coffee 1/24 madeleine 2/26 exercise: 30 min weights -1 35 min hilly walk on TM @ 3.8 mph -1.5 |

Goal: 1400 cals and 64 oz water bfast - coffee with milk 30 oatmeal w/ 120 soy milk 20/170 lunch - leftover seafood dinner (yum!) ~550 plum 40/760 snack - Boca burger 110/870 dinner - pork chop steamed cabbage mashed potatoes light beer Vitamin: done; Exercise: 45 min walk (done); Water - working on it |
