!!! September Slimming Efforts !!!

  • NEED TO BE CLOSER TO MY GOAL

    OK, this is my challange for myself and anyone else that wants to join in. First my breif story, I've been doing WW for about 20 months now and never did a lick of exercise. I know, but now I have been struggling and I think it's time to shake it up.

    My challange for The month of September:

    FIRST

    DRINK ALL OF MY WATER, IF NOT MORE!!

    SECOND

    EXERCISE EVERY DAY IN SOME WAY, SHAPE OR FORM!!

    I am asking for some support from all you great people out there, I will start logging in every day so I hold myself accountable, but I NEED HELP!!!!

  • I decided to start early with the water challange, so I can get into the habbit.

    TODAY, SO FAR= 80 OZ.

    Points are within range 6 points left for the day!!

    I did lots of light activity at first, like walking, mostly because I couldn't do much else. I was so out of shape!

    I recently stepped up my activity, too, and now that I am so much lighter, the workouts have been easier.

    It was a bit discouraging at first, because I felt like I was so out of shape, but after about 2 weeks, the workouts were WAY easier, and I FEEL SO PUMPED after them. So if you feel like it is too hard at first, STICK TO IT!!! It WILL get easier, and the rush you will get from being successful is SO WORTH IT!!!
