er, things did not start out too well today.
breakfast: 1/2 no bake cookie 5 pts coffee with milk 1 pt 6/20 lunch: baba ganoush 2 pts carrots/celery/cucumber 0 pts rice crackers 2 pts 10/20 snack: peach 2 pts cottage cheese 1 pt 13/20 dinner: ah, dodged the going out bullet .... new mexico turkey bake with ww pasta 7 pts 20/20 coleslaw w/chile sauce 20/20 water: 64 oz. if I'm good iced coffee (weaning myself off the milkiness of it) 21/21 exercise: 45 minutes weights/crunches -2 45 minute walk tonight -2 |
