wow I was one of the first to post and just checked in. o.k I'm also from tx. and I have to say all the other Texans are right the Wendys potatoes are very small and the skin is gritty.so I like the idea of just not eating the skin . the skin hear does look like it has oil on it . so I called and asked . here, where I live they do put oil on theres. my sugestion is to either make your own. or when your out don't eat the skin. good luck lol :^:
