  • Today I did 30 minutes of cardio!
  • Sparklerose
    I did a 3 mile walking video - 45 minutes
  • I spent the midday at the beach with a girlfriend and we walked up and down the beach -- mostly in the water until we saw the jellyfish and decided to leave -- anyways that was for about an hour. Then i walked a mile with my hubby before dinner.
  • 30 minutes of yoga this morning

    I did the Firm's Body Sculpt video - 45 minutes and 10 minutes of Abs
    total - 55 minutes
  • I did a 30 minute walk and jog video this morning -- and mostly jogged during the walking sections.

    Which is a good thing b/c I just totally blew my points for the day by 8 points...

    30 minutes of pilates this morning!
  • 30 min. elliptical and 10 min. circuit training
  • 1 hour, 30 minutes of walking tonight
  • Yesterday: 60 min Yoga class
    Today: 30 min elliptical & 10 min circuit training
  • Lots of walking and moving furniture this weekend but that is about it.

    I am planning on doing some yoga tonight sometime in between dinner, laundry and house work

    Sorry I haven't been here. Haven't been online for several days. Get so busy.

    My last exercise post was for the 2nd.

    Aug. 4th- Firms Aeroobic Interval Training - 60 minutes
    Aug. 5th - 20 minutes of aerobics, 10 minutes of kickboxing, 20 minutes of Pilates and 10 minutes of stretching - 60 minutes
    Aug. 6th - The Firms Low Impact Aerobics and weight training video - 60 minutes
    Aug. 7th - day of rest
    Aug. 8th - Aerobics 50 minutes and Abs 5 minutes - 55 minutes
    Today - The Firms Strong Heart video - 60 minutes
