Aug. 4th- Firms Aeroobic Interval Training - 60 minutes
Aug. 5th - 20 minutes of aerobics, 10 minutes of kickboxing, 20 minutes of Pilates and 10 minutes of stretching - 60 minutes
Aug. 6th - The Firms Low Impact Aerobics and weight training video - 60 minutes
Aug. 7th - day of rest
Aug. 8th - Aerobics 50 minutes and Abs 5 minutes - 55 minutes
Today - The Firms Strong Heart video - 60 minutes
