New Here!!

Hi there!! I am new to the 3FC boards and am looking forward to getting to know all of you.

I rejoined WW on March 1, 2001. I lost 11 pounds in 5 weeks and I was OP 24/7 and really enjoying it. Then  I suddenly fell off the wagon and have been struggling ever since.:( I have no clue what happened.

Well, I recommitted to my weight loss journey as of yesterday and am determined to be a success story. I have 116 pounds to lose and I WILL DO THIS!! :)

I really enjoy trying new recipes (point-friendly, of course), and enjoy eating out (Mexican food being my big downfall.)

It is so nice to get to know others that are on this journey and I hope to get to know each of you better.

Hope everyone is having a great OP weekend and I look forward to hearing from you.

Glenda

Hi & Welcome

Welcome to 3FC. :) I am not doing WW but am midway through a 100 pound loss. I would like to say that you are bound to receive a lot of motivation, support and get some good low fat recipes. ;) Join in on some chats in the chatroom. May be a little slow on weekends but a lot of support goes on in there. You can even have non-diet chats as well. Good luck with WW and keep us posted!

Hi Glenda - Welcome.. I must have missed your post.
I hear you on the Mexican food. I have NOT had ANY since March and I used to eat it at least 4 times a month. But I want this so bad I refuse to go near it. I already thought if I ever did have to go (because my family wanting it) I would bring a bag of popcorn to munch on instead of those addictive chips. I also rejoined in March and find this program easier to follow for some strange reason... maybe I really do just want it badly enough this time.

It's so hard to get back on program - but really try to take one day at a time. I figure anything is better than the way I was eating BEFORE I rejoined... one bad meal or bad day does not ruin a whole life's effort.

Well good luck and I'll catch you on one of the threads here.
Kim
