I feel like i just way overate dinner tonight, but it was veggies with a little bit of marinara sauce on it...can it be that bad? :?: ....sooo guilty...hate this overfull feeling :(

No guilt and move on. So your dinner was basically (unless the sauce had oil in it) 0 points.
