i just wanted you to know that i to had over 100 lb. to loose it can be done!!!!!!! i've lost 48 lb. so far in 5 mon. on the ww. lpan. this is the best plan in the world I had tryed everthing and i truly mean everthing. THIS PLAN WORKS!!! it is so easy . you don't have to fix 2 meals ,you eat what you like . in fact I think that I eat better than I did befor . I'll check back on the site for you but you really get all the support you need here and many other great ones good luck on your journey you can do this . the hardest part is your first day after that it is smooth sailing;)
