Hi guys. I am struggling with feeling hungry lately. I weigh 153. I and 5' 6''. I want to weigh 140. I have been on WW for ten days. First weigh in, lost 2.2 pounds.

Today though, I have been incredibly hungry! I know that I can deduct three activity points from my food through exercise. So, every day I do forty minutes of cardio and twenty minutes of weight training. I also use my bonus points as well. Still at the rate I am going, I am going to be finished with my bonus points before the week is up. Has anyone else gone through this?

If I go over, will I still show a loss?
