Yay for Friday
b: puffed wheat, dried fruit & milk 5 coffee L: turkey sand 2 carrot & celery stix .5 sauteed peppers & onions 2 1/4 cantaloupe 1 d: tuna-noodle salad 6 snack: 1/2 kiddie cup of moosetracks icecream 6 total 22.5 exercise: power walk 50 minutes (2.5 miles) plus another walk later on -1/5? |
Hellloooo Laurel! Donut day, Donut day - the end of the week. Sometimes its not even worth coming into work :)
Breakfast: luna bar 4/4 cowfee lunch: hc teriyaki chicken thing 6/10 broccoli salad snack: 2 cookies (small) 2/12 nutrigrain bar 3/15 dinner: hmmm, oh something delightful from burger king at the airport -bk broiler, remove one piece of bread carrot sticks? snack2: something on the plane? a drink? peanuts? cheese plate? exercise: oh perhaps water: at least 32 oz. vitamin: si, si |
OK, so I've managed to curb the nighttime snacking somewhat over the last two days....let's see if I can keep going!
B: Coffee (0/0) Oatmeal (2/2) Snack: Baker's breakfast cookie (4/6) L: Progresso 99% FF beef barley soup (4/10 Natural Ovens bagel (2/12) Snack (again!): 94% FF microwave popcorn (2/14) D: 1 cup skim milk (2/16) Steamed veggies (0/16) Cola chicken found in the recipe section (4/20) Snack: Yes (but I am trying to limit) Water: 80 oz so far Exercise: 3 mile walk outside (Yeah, the sun has reappeared!!) Point Range: 18-25 Katie |
