Default How can I bump up the intensity for my WATP?

Everyone always says they are 1 point per mile for APs but this not true nor accurate 100% of the time. It is based on the intensity for the individual.

I can get 2 points per 1 mile, 3 for the 2 and 4 for the 3 mile. How do I do this you ask:

1) Exaggerate the movements..make them bigger and larger than they do
2) Increase the pace before she does
3) Do your arm movements sooner
4) Wear wrist weights before you add the weights or abs belt or stretchy band
5) Continue the high intensity when she starts the cooldown then rewind or move back and do those at the slower pace (only adds about 5 minutes to the video/dvd)

These are some ways to bump up the intensitity on these videos and get more points.

Remember to figure the intensity for you and don't rely on the 1 point per mile that some will say.

I also add up to 4 lbs of wrist weights to my abs belt -- they're like donuts so they just slide on and I make sure they're evenly distributed -- that sure boosts the workout! Esp. if you also hold hand weights!
