Exercise - 20 min. stationary bike + 1/2 mile walk + 70 situps

Guten Morgen y'all as we say in Joisey. I understand outside it is a beautiful day, but here in the dungeon, same ol' same ol'.

AustinGal, gotta love those dill pickles for breakfast and pickled okra (you trying to tell us something???:lol: )
