Snack spicy V-8 Luna bar (3/6) Lunch Smart Ones (4/10) green beans salad w/ ff ital. dressing Snack pickled okra Boca burger w/ saurkraut & mustard on 2 pcs light bread (2/12) Dinner Subway sandwich (5/17) Diet Coke Wow Doritos (2/19) Exercise - 20 min. stationary bike + 1/2 mile walk + 70 situps Water - I will, I shall, I must!! brekkies: tall nf latte 2/2 snack: luna bar 4/6 lunch: sandwich: turkey and veggies on feta/spinach 6/12 bread dinner: artichokes 0 pasta (i'm getting sick of pasta) 3/15 pork we didn't have last night 2/17 exercise: dog walking -45 min gym- must go, must do desperate - sounds like Bridget Jones eh? weed pulling and compost moving- 45 min - done! water: today is the first day of the rest of my life vitamin c: you betcha |
