Cooking help please!

I plan to make BBQ chicken theighs in oven tomorrow night. I'm not sure of temperature or time. Anyone done this before? Thanks!

Why aren't you doing them on the grill? LOL!

I would say 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.

Because I don't want soggy chicken! Thanks for the help!

All I know LOL is that they need to have an internal temp. of 165 degrees for 15 seconds to be done. LOL....oh that food safety certificate is coming in handy! LOL!

How do you get soggy chicken from grilling it. Here is what I do when I do 'bone - in' chicken on the grill.

Clean it, place on microwave safe plate, microwave for 10-12 minutes, grill on all sides, slather with BBQ sauce for last 5 minutes on the grill. Always moist and hot and done and never soggy. :)

:lol3: Soggy - because pretty much this entire half of the US is covered with rain! Not good for outdoor cooking. Not at all.

Thanks for the tips!
