i just wanted you to know that i to had over 100 lb. to loose it can be done!!!!!!! i've lost 48 lb. so far in 5 mon. on the ww. lpan. this is the best plan in the world I had tryed everthing and i truly mean everthing. THIS PLAN WORKS!!! it is so easy . you don't have to fix 2 meals ,you eat what you like . in fact I think that I eat better than I did befor .
