thomases light muffins
 

omg you guys i just found the thomas' light multigrain english muffins... 1 only has 1 fat, 100 cals and 8 fiber!!!

THEY ARE AWESOME!!! I cooked an egg white (0 points), put it on the muffin with 1/2 a pice of american cheese (1 point I think... I don't have the nutrition info, but I know a whole peice is 2 points so I guesstamated that 1/2 was 1) and a morning star farm veggetarian sausage patty (1 Points). YUMM-O!! 3 points and rather filling. I love the sausage like substance from Morning Star Farms. I woudln't say it's just like suasage, so if I don't try to pretend that it is and I take it on it's own merrit it's great!

i go to stop and shop and was hoping to see their own on the shelf- but there was only white thats why i got the thomas'. im DYING to find these bagel\s someone in my group found and i dont even know name brand but i am determined to find them bc they are 160 cals, 1-2 fat&FOURTEEN fiber! is there anyone here who has seenanything like that? even the ww brand has only 9
