My week has not been great. . .blew (and I mean BLEW) my points one day (having 43!!), but stayed on track the rest of the week. My average weight showed a gain because of TOM. Et cetera et cetera. Was 172 last week and then 176/174 this week with TOM. . .so how amazed was I when the scale smiled coyly and then grandly announced 169?!?!?! :goodscale Not only is it always great to see the scale go down, but to move from one "decade" to another. Ooh ooh ooh. I just stood there staring and got off and on again and again until I accepted it. And to think that I came so close to cheating yesterday! Heh, anyway just had to share! :smug: :jig: :dance: :dancer: :jig: :dancer: :dance:

Congratulations! :) Stupid newbie question: tom? I'm guessing...your period? Lol, there are so many euphamisms out there...one of my friends calls it "falling off the roof." Anyway, congrats on the weight loss and double congrats for jumping from one decade to the next, hehe! ;)
