Hi Ladies,
I picked some roses today that I can smell, so hopefully I'll get my appetite back. this could be construed as :) or :( depending. breakfast: coffee 1/1 snack: non lo so lunch: santa fe beans and rice w/extra salsa 5/6 yoghurt 2/8 dinner: guests for dinner so: roasted tuscan pork loin :garlic, rosemary, sage sauteed chard-balsamic vinegar and shallots mashed potatoes ravioli w/ porcini mushrooms insalata mista a nice barolo or chianti fruit hors d'ouvres? not for me, but gotta make something- bruschetta w/pesto or white bean paste exercise: dog putters gym: perhaps water: hopefully, but probably not |

b: 2 sl lt tst 1 2 sl lf chz 2 coffee w/1/2 c milk 1 1/8 c dried fruit 1 l: barley bean veg soup 2 ham sand 2 grape tomatoes orange 1 d: saucy chicken 4 noodles 3 broccoli bit of ital brd/butter 1.5 snack: choc milk 2.5 pretzel 1 total 22 exercise: stairmaster 40 mins/body electric tape -3 weigh in tonight...gained another @$!#!@#$! pound |
