Just when I figured out how to do that bold thing, they add a little clicky-button thing!!! :)
B: 1 c puffed wheat 1 1/8 c dried fruit 1 1.5 c milk 3 coffee 3 kedems .5 L: turkey sand 2 some pineapple & watermelon .5 bite of cheese 1 D: ricearoni 3 dal 3 spinach .5 raita (yogurt & cukes, onions & tomatoes) 1 snack: pretzels 1 few spoons fro yo 1 picked at: biscotti (1/3), choc chips, bite of choc croissant 3 Total: 21.5 no exercise I'm feeling depressingly sure that I'm doomed to eat no more than 23 points per day for life if I hope to maintain...:( |
