Lulu - you may want to stick to the regular ww plan since you just started an it might be too much information all at once and just end up being confusing. The Wendie plan is not a WW official plan, its something a WW member made up for herself and then she shared it in a women's magazine.
My advice is to learn the WW flexpoints first so that you have a full understanding of the plan and then if you feel comfortable enough to venture into Wendie Plan territory then by all means give it a try
