returning to WW, couple questions

i've tried weight watchers a couple times in the past few years, and am looking to go back.

what is the rate of weight loss that can be expected? i remember in the past, i would lose about five pounds a week for the first few weeks, but never managed to stay on long enough to see the weight loss slow down. -- i got so tired of counting points.

i'm looking to lose between forty and fifty pounds and want to set a reasonable goal -- does anyone have any suggestions?

also, i'm a college student -- what tips can anyone offer on preparing ww for a busy busy schedule?

lastly, what types of exercise do you all incorporate? is sticking with my regular exercise plan okay?

try not setting a goal right away try setting a 10% goal
a good rate of weight loss is .5-1.5 lbs per week

WW now has a Core plan where you don't have to count points, you may want to check into that as an option.

You eat from a core group of foods, they provide a list for you, and you don't have to count points unless you eat something that is not on that list.
