Sure not a problem.... I personally weigh in on Monday Mornings so for me
I have my SHD on Monday. It is great!
But Sundays may be a great day to have as a SHD.
If you weigh in any time other then first thing in the morning on Sunday...

Day 4 - 41 points Super High Day (SHD)Monday
Day 5 - 26 points Tuesday
Day 6 - 30 points Wednesday
Day 7 - 28 points Thursday
Day 1 - 26 points Friday
Day 2 - 31 points Saturday
Day 3 - 27 points Sunday
If you weigh in on Sunday Morning...You could have Sunday as you Super High day...

Just subtract 2 points from each day.

Day 4 - 39 points Super High Day (SHD) Sunday or Monday...
Day 5 - 24 points
Day 6 - 28 points
