WW workout tapes?

Has anyone tried the WW workout tape set? I'm thinking of buying them at my next meeting, and wondered if they were good. I've been trying to do Tae-Bo, but can't keep up with it.

I have them all.The one for high intensity will earn you 3 AP in the 30 minute work out. I found the tape easy to follow but some people I know did not.
