GREATEST DINNER EVER! but i have a ?
 

Can someone please help me count to make sure this is exactly right? becuase i love this dinner, and i think that it is 6 pts, but i want to be sure sure sure! thanks everyone :)

1 cup white rice - 4 pts
1 cup boca burgle crumbled meat - 2pts (1pt per 1/2 cup)
1 cup salsa ( i make my own salsa with the "ultimate chopper" i use cilantro, lime, tomato, a little tabasco sauce, and onion)
1 cup mixed vegetables ( red peppers, onions, and mushrooms)

This recipe should only be 6 pts right? for the burger crumble, and the rice, i hope?!

That sounds right to me. And that sounds really yummy too.... I will have to try that. I have never tried the boca burgers. Kind of scared of them.. Dont know why..lol Are they really good?

Thank you for responding back! Yeah the boca burger is great! Morningstarfarms also makes a burger crumble, but i think its a point more for a half cup? Still tho everyone, if you disagree with my counting, please let me know. Thanks again all!

That does sound good and the points seem right on. Do you just mix that all together? I like the boca crumbles. I buy the big box of them at Sam's. They are a great addition to soups and chili. :)

I like boca burgers but I haven't tried the crumbles. That sounds good to me, though, so maybe I'll give them a try. I believe your point count is accurate too. That's how I would count it.

I tried the morning star crumbles, they are even better!
