You guys are such an inspiration to me, and the things you say really do help. I for the first time this week felt the feeling that if i get off my plan, its okay becuase IIIIIIIIIIII have the power to get back on and gain control. Im in control of my weight, and when i fall off, i know im going to be okay. Im gonna make it :)
