I am feeling like I don't want to waste points on my least favorite meal of the day, you know? So I can have a light lunch and a good dinner w/ some wine.
I don't know how to change this terrible habbit
Is breakfast really that important?

) like me I think you should most definitely be on the Core Plan. It sounds like you're not. I think it is important to eat breakfast because, like you said, you're hungry by noon. I think when skipping meals and feeling hungry during the day your eating habits seem more like a diet, and not a lifestyle. You have to believe it's a lifestyle to succeed.
I feel like I need the restriction, but I hate the restriction

cut into 1/2 cup of 1% milk
= 2 points
; and boil, don't fry or scramble)
