This has nothing to do with weight loss...but I know a lot of us have small children and I know we're always looking for fun things to do as a family.

2 years ago we went to see Ringling Bros. circus and it was "ok" but at $50 a ticket and then the horrendous souvenier prices - it ended up to be a bit disappointing. Last night we got a chance to see Ringling Bros. again at a diferent arena for $15 ticket - so we took our almost 5yr old. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! They have a new entertainer who is a physical comedian named "Bello". He is histerical!!! My husband, me and my sister and her husband haven't laughed like that in months. He does improv with some audience members and his physical skills are a riot on the trampoline, sway pole, high wire etc. If the circus comes to your town... give it a try again. It was a very nice night out for fun and laughter.

Okay while your talking circus, have any of you seen or heard of circus smirkus??? Its out of vermont i think, and its a circus whose performers are all kids. It is awesome, if any of you have a chance to check it out, do!!!! There is a website for it too, it is www.circussmirkus.org
