JDoll,
I guess I should have mentioned that the box they came in got thrown out, or else I would have just taken out my pointslider and figured it outmyself. [This message has been edited by Jamie (edited 03-01-2001).] |
Hi, Jamie,
Isn't the nutrition information posted on the bag or box? That will tell you exactly how many per serving, and what the points should be. Another Jamie |
Jamie,
Usually a basic web search will turn up such information. I did this and found that most products with a nutrition facts label are sold at online grocers such as http://www.homegrocer.com who have the nutrition labels available online. I searched there and found that 55 goldfish (30 grams) is 140 calories, 6 grams fat, <1 gram fiber, which is 3 points. Elizabeth |
Thanks so much for looking that up for me Elizabeth as well as letting me know about homegrocer.com. I really appreciate it!

Wondering about the pretzel goldfish there is only 2.5g of fat in a 43 pc. serving. That is pretty good. 120 calories too. I don't have my calculator but it sounds like around 2 pts. per serving.
They are soooo good too. ;) |
