Good morning all! I am back to journal again- yesterday did not go as planned, so i am trying again! *L* I work at a chinese smorg place, which hasn't been a big problem until yesterday. On my break I "accidentally" sampled this little donut hole things, and ended up eating about 6 pts worth of them. Oops! Good thing I was planning for a sundae that night- it got cancelled, and I still came in 3 pts under what I had planned. Yay! Regardless, here I am again! I hope you all have a great weekend!
Breakfast: 1c All Bran & 1/2 c milk (2/23) baked apple (3/23) 1/4 c egg beaters, 1chz & 2 WW tst (6/23) Lunch: veggies from salada bar & 2TB lite dr. (7/23) bran muffin (9/23) Supper: Boca burger+chz+2WWbrd+1TBlite mayo (13/23) cauliflower (13/23) ???? Snack: probably! Had a run in with dessert last night! snack: orange 1/1 dinner: mussels 5/6 bread 3/9 salad 2/11 dp red chile sauce 3/14 frozen mousse cake 4/18 (bites only-shared w/4 others) breakfast: luna 4/22 coffee 1/23 lunch: salad beets thats all for now! lala |
