Hi My name is Mel and I dont have 100 lbs to lose but pretty close, may i join u?

I am 37yrs old as of today and I dont wont to be this heavy next time this year. I am married and have two son's Eli 5yr old and Chase 2 1/2 yrs old. I have been married for 8 yrs.
