the mystery is that I have no idea what to have for dinner...I think it could go either way - something really good (well, that's not too likely) or something really mysterious. Either way, no idea what it'll consist of. Hmmm, Fridays are always a problem for some reason. Stay tuned...

lalala - are you getting cranky from being hungry, what with the bitsy yogurt and the little salad for lunch? if that was my lunch, I know I'd be in a rage by now! (don't you love how I jump into this journalling thing and the first thing you know, i'm making personal comments about other people's lunches!! )

LM:
I went with a nicer lunch and after going home to walk the dog, decided to get
a fruit in with a smoothie. Much improved my mood and the dog was very tired when we got home, but he doesn't like smoothies unless they are made with
vanilla frozen yoghurt and peanut butter. He was out of luck.

I hope your mystery meal is delightful!

lala who should just give up and leave since she can't seem to accomplish diddly today.

Default Wendie's Plan

La -
I did Wendie's last week. But I found doing the 3 or 4 very low point days (18 points) very difficult. Admittedly, the 33 point day was plenty of fun (I read numerous posts on the WW boards about gals not being able to eat enough - is this the fighting spirit??) But those low point days were really like a diet to me. I sort of lost 1/2 pound, but then again I went to weigh in early - before dinner - and that might have been what did it. I think I'll only pull out Wendie's plan for emergencies.

But good luck to you! It seems to work miracles for some. Are you attempting to lose or to stay the same?

Laurel

P.S. Glad to hear that doggie snuffles are still going on. I was curious. Too bad dear doggie didn't get his peanutbutter smoothie. Somebody call the ASPCA!!!
