Been there, done that, and have the weigh-in gains to show for it!
Are you journalling? Write it BEFORE you bite it. Just commit to doing that, and I bet you're back on track in no time. Also, commit to drinking all your water plus some and getting all your fruits & veggies in everyday. When I do those 2 things, plus the journalling, everything else falls into place much more easily.
