I have had a bad week trying to stay op. So frustrating when this happens any ideas on how to get back on .. tomorrow is a new day so will give it another shot.

Been there, done that, and have the weigh-in gains to show for it!

Are you journalling? Write it BEFORE you bite it. Just commit to doing that, and I bet you're back on track in no time. Also, commit to drinking all your water plus some and getting all your fruits & veggies in everyday. When I do those 2 things, plus the journalling, everything else falls into place much more easily.

granto , i've been there many times , too . I never know why it happens . Sometimes it's hormonal , but alot of times not . Just continue what you know . Water , journal , etc...
Don't beat yourself up , it happens to most of us . I've been on weight watchers for almost 21 months . If i'd had a baby it'd be walking & almost ready for potty training . Just don't give up . This is a lifestyle & it takes a long time to make a lifestyle a habit . Kathy
