Limit on Activity points per day??

Hi! I was wondering if there is a limit set on the number of activity points you can "earn" ans use per day? For example: If I do an hour of high intensity cardio, the points booster card says I "earned" 9 points. But using all theose seems like it could be counter productive, IMO. Anybody know??
Thanks in advance!!

EDIT: oops sorry. I didnt scroll down, and theres a thread that answered my question.

The majority of us don't get near what high intensity truly is. We usally fall between mod and high.

But there is no limit except that W/W suggests if you have been in active or not under the guidance of a fitness professional and/or MD to limit your earn/usage to an AVERAGE of 4 a day (that does not mean that it is 4 a day..it means one day could be 2 one could be 6 one could be 9 one could 0, etc. then averaged to 4 a day or 28 a week) so 1) you don't over exercise and hurt yourself and 2) you don't over exercise to over eat or compensate for overating.
