I'm originally from Michigan. Bloomfield Hills, and my daughter's name is Mandy! Cool name! From what I've heard, W.W. is hard at first, but gets easier as it goes along. I just can't wait to see my feet without having to lift up my stomach first!
Yes, I have now learned that all diets are hard at first, there's no easy away around it. . . I'm with ya on the whole, lifting my stomach to see my feet, I have those darn pooches that get in the way, ha ha.
Well, I have been on weight watchers for about 6 weeks but I am new to this site. I am finding this sight to be very helpful. I just wanted to let you guys know that weight watchers is the only thing that works for me! The great thing is that you can acutally eat anything you want, you just have to watch points and portion size. If you stick to the plan, you will start seeing results immediatley. I have been going for 6 weeks and have lost 12 pounds. My best friend has lost 14 in four weeks. Good Luck to you! I know you will do great!
