My son is an investor in a restaurant chain in Canada. This allows my husband and I free dining out whenever we like ... and we do like to take advantage of this. How I keep my weight under control ??
For lunches I order:
green salad with balsamic vinegar
veggie burger with mustard only or
char grilled chicken burger with mustard only or
soup or
veggie sandwich on high fiber bread
herbal tea
For dinners I order:
house salad with low fat dressing on side
chicken or steak and
veggies or
baked potato
herbal tea
