Bagel-5 OJ-1/6 Coffee-0/6 Snack: Apple-1/7 Lunch: Chicken Caesar Salad/no dressing-6/13 Crackers-.5/13.5 Iced tea-0/13.5 Dinner: Not sure; headed to a professional dinner at a seafood restaurant. There should be good choices to make as long as I don't a. drink too much or b. have dessert. : ) |

2 protein bars 4 tea chai/milk 3 lunch: two corn tortillas 3 sweet potato 1 salsa 0 cheese 2 black beans 1 snack: apple 1 latte 2 dinner: something fast, grilled asparagus, turkey from deli?, sweet potato? snack: movies, the rest of the just fruits or veggies? water: yuppers exercise: 35 min sweaty bike ride 2 pts rowing -1 mile 1 pt yoga and pilates strengthening exercises lala |
