I want chocolate so bad, but WI is tonight (must be good). :D
Breakfast: WW cereal--2 Milk--1/3 Cantaloupe--.5/3.5 Coffee--0 Snack: Apple--1/4.5 Lunch: FF yogurt--2/6.5 Fruit bar--3/9.5 Diet soda--0 Dinner: Chicken breast with sweet potatoes--4/13.5 Green beans--0 Roll-3/16.5 Milk--2/18.5 I'll add something else to make up the points (not sure what). Will drink all water Walked and did strength training. |
Not bad today, but er, there are at least four hours left to eat in.
breakfast: chai/milk 2 protein bars 4/6 lunch: leftover risotto 4 asparagus a bit of cutlet 3/13 snack: latte 2/15 dinner: bread 4 pork 3 salad 0 artichoke 0 asparagus snack: skinny cow 2/25 er: woops -3 flex points water: only tea, decaf so far, much chug another 32 oz. exercise: 45 min walk, 10 min row -3 ap no step until PT okays it |
