thinking of joining
im a 15yr old dancer/gymnast. i am 5ft 2in. tall and i weigh 130lbs. Being a dancer i need to be thinner. My goal weight is to get down to 100lbs. But i have a performance coming up in just under 4 weeks. I HAVE TO LOSE like 10-15lbs by then...i know its a little short amount of time. But i really hafta lose this weight. And then i have like the biggest competition of my life in april that i need to be 100-105lbs for. Otherwise i cant go...
and my mom suggests i do southbeach before this performance in under 4 weeks. Or to try weighwatchers...id do it online...do u think ww is really helpful? like just doing the online stuff? |
The average loss on W/W is .5-2 pounds a week and what you are asking is unreasonable and unhealthy. You could lose I would estimate no more than about 8 pounds especially being so close to the goal. THe closer you get the harder the weight comes off.
