Guess I didn't explain myself very well...........I am in need of the points assigned to the food............can't get a book. Anyone have a scanner that can send me the pages?

I understood what you said but....

you really don't need a point book. Use a point finder or the following formula (those with a different 'easier' formula list yours too):

(calories / 50) + (fatgrams / 12) - (fibergrams [capped at 4 if you follow Winning Points] / 5) = points

If you are looking for restaurants try dottisweightlosszone.comand at Dotti's message board under the General area you can request someone send you a desktop version of the pointsfinder.

Nonstarchy veggies are always ZERO points, starchy veggies have points (1/2 cup of corn = 1 point, 1/2 cup of peas = 1 point). Check out dottisweightlosszone.com has alot of info about the program and a small food list along with a low point food list. Check it out.

Also if you are near a meeting site you can just go in and buy the COMPLETE FOOD COMPANION and DINING OUT COMPANION or you can try e-bay (but they tend to be alot more than what they cost originally).

But like I said before if you have nutritional info you don't need a book.

Most lean meats are 1 point per 1 ounce cooked. What else do you need...check out Dotti's and you'll find most of the info you are requesting.

Hi,

This is where I got my A-Z every food you can think of list that I printed off the internet, so I don't have that on Word. angelfire.com/va/toni/WW123.html

I have about 12 attatchments i can email you of brand name foods, candy points, 1 pt foods, meal ideas, etc... that I formatted on Microsoft word.

But the link above is not something I saved. It took me over 20 min. to print out the A-Z sheets but well worth it.
I put all my formatted papers and the food lists in a little notebook that I take everywhere. I keep my journal in here too that I write what I eat everyday.
Keeps me organized.

Hope this helps!
Sandra in Wisconsin
email me if you want the attatchments sent to you.

Thanks again--Shirley in NW Fl
