Sheesh. Breakfast: protein bars -6 chai -- 2/8 tea lunch: stirfry -3/11 apple 1/12 dinner: more stirfry? or mock pumpkin soup w/cheese and crackers pre- board meeting snack -- 2 pts post-board meeting, getting freaked out about class work snack 2 pts water: si,si exercise: 35 min elliptical -2 pts 10 min row .5 pts walk --30 mins 1 pt |

Bagel--4 OJ--1/5 coffee--0 Snack: Apple--1/6 Lunch: Falafel--8/14 Hummus--2/16 Tabouli--3/19 Tea--1/20 Pita--1/21 That doesn't leave much for dinner, does it? Thank God for banked points. |

Ate a little fiesta bread Walk/run and strength training--30 mins. Drank all water. |
