Update I've stayed OP! I havnt strayed! I lost 4.6lbs my first week :)

Question: DH and I plan on going to olive garden for lunch next weekend. I want t he stuffed shells w/ shrimp sauce (seen the commerical?) but i have no idea what the point vaule is! I've checked dwlz.com and its not there

anyone have an idea?

Try www.olivegarden.com and see if they have it. If it isn't there you are going to have to do your best guess estimate for the points.

I assume you are talking about this:

Stuffed Shells with Shrimp

Pasta shells filled with four Italian cheeses and spinach served over seafood marinara, topped with sautéed shrimp in a creamy seafood sauce.

In general I would say probably 8 for the shells and marinara sauce.
Shrimp probably 4 points.
The creamy seafood sauce is probably 10 points.

I did this based on looking at some recipes for these items.
