Hi

I'm starting Weight Watchers again. It's worked before but I never could seem to maintain. I tried Atkins and GAINED 11 pounds in a month. I have thyroid issues, so weight loss will probably be slow, but I know I can do it!

How do I get the little weight loss slider to appear in my posts? I went and created one - now I am stumped.

Hi TaserMay! I had that same problem. When you create it, it gives you three ways to use it. Above one box says something like "use this one for 3FCs signature." Copy and paste it to where you edit your signature.

In addition to my thyroid problem, I found out yesterday that I will be having a hysterectomy as soon as they can schedule it. I have always heard you gain weight after a hysterectomy, so I am detirmined not to let that happen!
