It could be a culmination of things but on my first week of Flex, I lost 5 lbs!

Yay me.

Now I am confused...I am not doing core so where to Flexies (also the name of an underwear sold on QVC, this I am aware) post???

You found us! There is a General Board and Core Board. We post under General. Several of us talk daily on the "Let's Support Each Other" board. You're welcome to join us!

But, I think you can post with the Core Board too. Just different food talk.
