Talking what is your favorite cheese?
I love laughing cow lite - they are only one point and I spread them on anything ( they are only 35 calories!!)

I also like reduced fat - I guess it is 2% string cheese, 2 points and YUM!

Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar and most any Pepper Jack Cheese.

I only eat the real stuff...the 2% and fat-free just don't cut it with me.

I am a string cheese fan, too. While I'm at work, I have a piece for a 10:00 a.m. snack. I make homemade pizza almost every Friday night, and fat-free mozzarella just wasn't the same.

I usually buy the Laughing Cow Lite, too -- one point! I also like Polly-O mozz. string cheese. I've tried cheaper brands but they tasted... cheaper.

Laughing cow light, Philly light cream cheeses - I like them on whole wheat toast, on crackers or wiht celery

I also eat only the real thing. Very sparingly, of course. My favorites are baby Swiss or co-jack melted on wheat Ritz or Triscuits.
