What is your favorite breakfast and do you ever eat it in the car?

a corn muffin and yes on occassion I've eaten one in the car.

right now its granola (which i forgot today) with non-fat yoghurt and a bit of honey and pumpkin pie spice smooched in.

Can't eat it in the car.

In fact, the eating in the car thing is sort of bothering me, they are like mindless calories, not counted.

My favorite breakfast:

2 slices of light wheat toast, slice of 2% cheese, egg white & a sprinkle of bacon bits for my version of an egg mcmuffin and only 2 points if you use only 1 egg white.

I don't eat it in the car because it can be messy. I have though, made it and taken it to work to eat. I generally don't eat in the car because I feel as if I haven't eaten anything.

My favourite breakfast is a whole wheat honey bagel with laughing cow cheese. I seldom eat it because it consumes too many points. I generally don't eat in the car unless I'm travelling out of town and don't have time to eat at home.
