sardines?
I'm doing the old Winning Points form of WW, by myself, no meetings (I loved them, but just can't justify the expense at the moment). I looked up sardines in my old book, but only found the ones packed in oil. I bought the kind that's packed in mustard, without oil (yes I read the lable). I have no idea how to count them. I've been guestimating it at 1 oz = 1 pt, but I don't know if that's right, as many fish are higher or lower. The lable doesn't have any information on it besides weight and contents, no calories, no fat, no fiber listed. Any ideas?

Have you tried maybe www.calorieking.com to see if you can find nutritional information. I was just there and one brand (even if it isn't your specific brand) has in mustard sauce as 3.7 oz with 160 cal/8 fat/0 fiber or 4 points. Of course I don't know if that is with oil but many fishes have natural oils in them so that could be the fat in the fish itself.

FYI I just went back and looked at sardines packed in water and they also have 8 grams of fat.
